What can you expect?

WorknTravel wants you as a participant to have a steady source of income that you earn in good working conditions with the best possible match between your abilities and the work tasks you take on.

No large savings accounts are needed. Before you go, all you need to save up for is your return ticket to your initial destination and some pocket money. Despite having a small amount of savings, you can go, knowing in advance that you will have a steady income throughout the year. In other words, funds that you work toward during the day doing something that fits for you, with regular employers, and which is enough to cover your food, accommodation and transport, including a captivating recreational program and various trips both domestically and internationally.

As a participant, you’ll be assisted by WorknTravel in arranging your job placement, accommodation and transportation, and you get help with obtaining the required insurance coverage for the respective countries.

 Participants will stay in the same house with other young adults from different countries who want to experience the same thing. Lodging houses meet the minimum requirements set by WorknTravel, regardless of potential lower standards in the country you are traveling to.

For WorknTravel to be able to offer this, WorknTravel naturally requires you as a participant to do what you can and be willing to be trained in your tasks and to work according the agreed upon schedule with a good work ethic.
